Want a puzzle set that lasts for the whole week? This weekly hexomino challenge gives you 10 duplicate-shape puzzles that remain unchanged until the next week begins.
Your task is to examine each pattern and find the hexomino that appears twice. You can solve the puzzles directly online, print individual challenges, or create a complete weekly puzzle set for later.
This Week’s Hexomino Challenge
The 10 puzzles shown below are selected for the current week and stay the same throughout it.
This gives you plenty of time to solve the complete collection at your own pace. You can return whenever you like, continue where you stopped, or share the same challenges with friends and family.
Prefer working on paper? The complete weekly selection can also be printed as a puzzle set or saved as a PDF.
You can keep the solutions on separate pages, allowing you to work through all 10 puzzles without accidentally seeing the answers before you are ready.
The Same Puzzles All Week
Unlike random puzzle collections, these challenges do not change whenever you reload the page.
Everyone receives the same set for the current week, and that set remains available until the next weekly update. This makes it easy to pause, return later, and continue solving the exact same puzzles.
It also means you can challenge someone else and compare your results using an identical set of hexomino puzzles.
Can You Solve Every Puzzle?
Some duplicate hexominoes can be spotted quite quickly, while others may take much more careful observation.
The matching shapes can appear in different orientations, and similar-looking hexominoes may make the correct pair harder to recognize.
Try to solve all 10 challenges before checking the solutions. There is no timer, so you can take as much time as you need.
What Is a Hexomino?
A hexomino is a geometric figure built from six equal squares connected along their edges.
There are 35 different free hexominoes when rotated and reflected versions are treated as the same shape.
A single hexomino can appear surprisingly different after rotation. This makes hexominoes especially suitable for visual matching and duplicate-finding puzzles.
Return Next Week for a New Set
When the next week begins, another group of 10 hexomino puzzles is selected automatically.
Come back each week to discover a new collection, solve another set of duplicate challenges, and see whether you can find all 10 matching pairs.
